English Language Expert

About the role

We are a fast-growing AI data services organization that helps leading technology companies train advanced AI models. We’re seeking an English Language Expert whose linguistic and editorial expertise will make AI-generated content more accurate, natural, relevant, and clearly explained.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and compare AI-generated English responses for accuracy, clarity, reasoning quality, relevance, and adherence to instructions.
• Identify errors in grammar, syntax, semantics, logic, meaning, tone, consistency, or methodology, and provide precise, actionable feedback.
• Create high-quality prompts, explanations, edits, and model responses that demonstrate clear and correct language use.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, linguistics, translation, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• C1 English proficiency at minimum; native or C2 proficiency is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as a remote hourly contractor.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and style-guide knowledge.
• Research skills and experience with AI tools.
• Multilingual and editorial or localization QA experience is preferred.

Pay

$20 – $25 per hour
