Compensation and Benefits
Compensation and benefits are subject to change. Current compensation includes a starting salary range of $90,000 - $135,529 annually on the certificated salary schedule. Exceptional benefits packages are offered to all employees working at least 50% time.
- Master’s and Doctoral supplements of $3,056.00
- CUHSD contribution of up to $1,675.27 - $4,107.51 monthly ($18,427.97 - $45,182.61 annually) for full-time employees' medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Full-time employees receive the induction program fees for credential clearance.
- Up to 13 years of verified certificated teaching experience outside the District may be applied toward salary placement.
Schools
The Campbell Union High School District serves over 8,000 students across five comprehensive high schools, a Continuation High School, a Post Secondary Program, and an Adult Education Program (CACE).
