Job Responsibilities

• Teach college courses in English
• Participate in curriculum and instructional material development
• Assessment functions related to program learning outcomes and student learning outcomes
• Student advisement
• Enrollment and registration
• Student recruitment and retention activities
• College outreach activities
• College committees
• Community service
• Other assigned duties

Minimum And Additional Requirements

Faculty teaching associate degree courses designed for transfer to a baccalaureate degree must possess a master's degree with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in ENG/ENGL-prefix courses.

Preferred Qualifications: Teaching experience at the two-year college level is preferred.
