Job Title: Engineering Test Technician (Levels I–IV)
Job Description: paragraph about role.
Responsibilities: list bullet points.
Essential Skills: list bullet points.
Additional Skills & Qualifications: list bullet points.
Job Type & Location: Contract to Hire, based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay And Benefits: pay range $23.65 - $50.77/hr. Benefits list.
Workplace Type: fully onsite position in Minneapolis,MN.
Application Deadline: anticipated to close on Sep 25, 2026.
About Actalent: description.
We need sections: About the role (maybe from Job Description paragraph). Responsibilities (list). Requirements? Could combine Qualifications? The posting has "Essential Skills", "Additional Skills & Qualifications". Could map to Skills and Qualifications sections. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to decide which sections to include based on content.
We have content for About the role (Job Description paragraph). Responsibilities (list). Skills (Essential Skills list). Qualifications (Additional Skills & Qualifications list). Benefits (list). Pay (pay range). Schedule? Not mentioned explicitly; maybe Workplace Type (fully onsite) could be considered Schedule? But schedule is about hours/shift; not given. So we should not create Schedule section if no specific content. Also we have Job Type & Location (Contract to Hire, Minneapolis). Could be part of About the role? Or maybe we could include a "Job Type" but not in allowed headings. Since only allowed headings list, we could incorporate location into About the role or Responsibilities? Better to include location in About the role paragraph? The About the role section should contain the job description paragraph; we could also add location there? But we must not invent content; we can add location as part of About the role if it's in the posting. The posting includes "Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN." That's substantive. Could be placed under About the role or maybe a separate section like "Job Type" but not allowed. Since we must use only those headings, we could put location in About the role paragraph after description. Or we could create a "Schedule" section? No.
We also have Application Deadline; could be placed in About the role? Might be better to include as a short paragraph under About the role? But the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine location, job type, deadline into About the role? However About the role is supposed to be about the role; location and deadline are meta but still substantive. Could be okay.
Alternatively, we could create a "Requirements" section for qualifications? But we have Qualifications and Skills separate. The allowed headings include Requirements and Qualifications. We could put "Essential Skills" under Skills, "Additional Skills & Qualifications" under Qualifications. Requirements could be maybe empty; we should not create empty sections. So we omit Requirements.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Skills, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay.
Check if we need to include Schedule? No.
