Engineering Technician SMT tooling

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and operating SMT (Surface Mount Technology) tools to ensure efficient production processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain SMT equipment to meet production standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance on SMT tools to prevent downtime.
• Document and report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors for resolution.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve SMT process efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SMT operations or similar manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in using SMT equipment and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of electronics and manufacturing processes.

Pay

Schedule
