About the role

Skillful Reward Manager to oversee reward programs in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Manage reward strategy, design, and implementation across multiple regions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global reward strategies aligned with business goals
• Design and manage reward programs for employees in EMEA
• Collaborate with HR and business partners to align reward programs with organizational objectives
• Monitor and analyze reward program effectiveness and make adjustments as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in reward management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in reward management or related field
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful reward programs
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in EMEA
• Experience with reward management software
• Fluency in English
