What You'll Do
- Test prototype firmware across varying existing and new vehicle platforms
- Troubleshoot Infotainment related firmware issues and develop reproduction steps
- Precisely document test cases, improvements, and troubleshooting steps in detail
- Execute commands/scripts in Linux terminal to diagnose and gather additional data
What You'll Bring
- Strong QA and testing philosophy
- Strong problem solving skills
- Familiar with issue tracking software (i.e., JIRA)
- Detail oriented, able to follow step-by-step instructions precisely
- Proficiency in deconstructing and analyzing firmware capabilities from a customer's perspective to identify potential vulnerabilities
- Aspiration to develop software skills with the potential of transitioning into a software-focused role at Tesla
