What You'll Do
- Perform hand soldering and PCBA component rework
- Conduct failure analysis on harnesses and simple PCBAs, documenting findings and communicating results to engineering
- Generate documentation for simple harness building and rework instructions, and train technicians
- Assemble, troubleshoot, and rework harnesses
- Validate and test wire harnesses, connectors, and simple PCBAs
- Manage inventory effectively
- Handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
What You'll Bring
- A high level of flexibility and eagerness to learn new processes and techniques
- Experience in debugging and reworking harnesses
- Ability to interpret harness drawings and perform quality and continuity checks
- Capability to break down reworks into step-by-step instructions and communicate them clearly
- Knowledge of CAN communications
- Experience with crimping, splicing, and soldering wires from 30AWG to 10AWG (plus)

Pay
Expected Compensation: $24.40 - $56.40/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
