Responsibilities
- Assemble, install, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment for platforms.
- Conduct routine repairs, system retrofits, and upgrades to support production schedules.
- Perform systems integration, calibration, and functional testing of equipment and components.
- Identify and resolve issues affecting the performance and functionality of systems during assembly or testing.
- Operate specialized test equipment and troubleshoot complex assemblies for platform components.
- Cook up and manage test schedules, ensuring alignment with production timelines for systems.
- Provide inputs for test plans focusing on equipment reliability, performance, and quality control.
- Review test plans and procedures to ensure alignment with technical requirements.
- Conduct or monitor system, subsystem, equipment, or component testing to ensure compliance with standards.
- Adjust and calibrate equipment under test, capturing and analyzing results to identify root causes of any issues.
- Propose actionable recommendations based on test data analysis, contributing to continuous improvement for production efforts.
Requirements
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required at a minimum.
- Extensive knowledge and experience supporting production, systems, or related platforms.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, testing, and assembling complex mechanical and electronic systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of test equipment, calibration procedures, and in-line repair processes specifically for H-60 R/S systems.
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks or test schedules under tight production timelines.
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time.
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically.
