Engineering Technical Lead - I&C Embedded Software

For our client, we are seeking a Engineering Technical Lead - I&C Embedded Software to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead technical execution for embedded software initiatives supporting instrumentation and control systems, with a strong emphasis on C-based development and rigorous engineering practices. The position will coordinate work planning, resource loading, and cross-functional collaboration to keep complex project phases aligned with schedule, quality, and budget expectations. In this role, you will help drive design discipline, resolve technical risks, and mentor engineering teams through system design and integration activities.
