Responsibilities

  • Effectively implement the assigned QE tasks
  • Quick response for the short term action plan of urgent qualify issues and containment of abnormal materials during night shift
  • Manage and resolve the Non-conforming/ FAI/SPC/ quality abnormalities of the production line in time during night shift
  • Responsible for the shutdown & restart confirmation after equipment abnormality
  • Summarize quality issues from night shift production and hand over to the day shift
  • Oversee the Quality operators in the plant
  • Guide and improve the quality and business ability of hourly QE operators
  • Additional responsibilities depending on business needs.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills
  • Proficient in using office software and strong data analysis ability
  • Past experience with supervising hourly personnel
  • Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership in One FORD (leadership) behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills
  • Familiar with Six Sigma methodology, indicating a strong capability in data analysis and process improvement
  • Ability to work night shift

Pay

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900.
