Engineering Shoring Advisor

About the role

Provide on-site consulting during engineered system installation, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to design plans. Travel is required for site visits and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Pre-implementation planning and advising on resource and schedule management
• Safety advocacy and site condition assessment
• Guiding system placement and removal
• Educating customers and personnel through demonstrations and training
• Supporting post-job equipment staging
• Participating in process improvements
• Implementing engineered systems safely and efficiently to maximize workflow
• Ensuring product quality and supporting customer education
• Contributing to team improvements and enhancing customer experience and safety standards

Requirements

• Strong customer service and influencing skills
• Knowledge of OSHA or Canadian safety standards
• Technical and analytical aptitude
• Ability to read plans and schematics
• Teamwork orientation and ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel extensively
