Engineering Senior Manager, Project and Construction Management

Job Responsibilities

• Develop optimum scope for best value solutions for capital projects
• Responsible for determining the choice and configuration of the technologies that will deliver the necessary throughput for the products shipped out to P&G customers while delivering project capital & savings goals
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across a variety of stakeholders including engineering, operations, quality assurance, and finance

Required Job Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering
• A minimum of 3 years of Project/Construction/Facilities engineering experience and team leadership
• Execution of major capital projects (>$50MM)
• Technical mastery of leading-edge warehousing technologies - Automated guided vehicles, auto layer picking, automated storage retrieval systems, etc.
• Experience with EWP (Engineering Work Process) and capital project delivery is essential

Preferred Job Qualifications

• BS Degree in Electrical Engineering
• BS Degree in Construction Management
• Project Management or Construction Management Certification
