About the role

The Engineering Rotation Program at Woodward is a dynamic two-year initiative designed to accelerate the growth of technical and future business leaders. Participants will gain hands-on experience through three immersive 8-month rotations in Product Development Engineering, Operations Engineering, and Systems and Advanced Development.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Engineering Tasks: Completes routine assignments using established procedures to support project objectives.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Works with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and timely completion of engineering projects.
  • Apply Technical Principles: Utilizes foundational engineering theories and practices to contribute to design and development activities.
  • Report Project Progress: Provides regular updates and documentation on task status and outcomes for senior team members.
  • Resolve Standard Issues: Identifies and addresses common technical problems using predefined methods and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree completed by May 2027.

  • Learning Agility: Quickly assimilating new concepts and procedures under guidance from senior staff.

  • Estimated Annual Base Pay: $80,000

Pay

Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Estimated annual base pay: $80,000

Schedule

The Engineering Rotation Program Members can expect to relocate to one of Woodward's US sites for each rotation.
