We are looking for an experienced Engineering Recruiter to support engineering hiring initiatives in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented talent acquisition specialist who can manage the recruitment lifecycle from market outreach through offer coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for engineering and corporate positions, from intake meetings through final-stage hiring activities.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role expectations, align on talent needs, and create effective search strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Screen applicants to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for current and future openings.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and help drive timely hiring decisions across multiple requisitions.
- Manage candidate activity and recruiting workflows within the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Use UKG Pro and related recruiting tools to support reporting, requisition tracking, and process efficiency.
- Communicate clearly with candidates and internal stakeholders to provide a smooth and consistent recruitment experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle talent acquisition responsibilities ideally for Control Engineers.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for engineering roles within a corporate environment.
- Strong background in sourcing candidates through multiple channels and building talent pipelines.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage requisitions, candidate records, and hiring activity.
- Working knowledge of UKG Pro or comparable recruitment and HR platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and responsiveness.
- Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills in a fast-paced business setting.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
