Responsibilities
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of cross-functional engineers to achieve project goals.
- Facilitate the creation of project schedules and requirements matrices.
- Identify and coordinate internal and external resources to execute the plan.
- Monitor and close programs/projects to achieve objectives.
- Use industry standard techniques and tools to measure progress against product and program objectives.
- Drive proactive corrective action where required.
- Manage scope change control activities, and communicate periodic project assessment to sponsors.
- Synthesize data and present program overview status to stakeholders.
- Identify critical paths and project risks and recommend mitigation paths and plans.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required
- The candidate will have a Bachelor degree, preferably in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
- The candidate will possess 5+ years of Technical Project Management and Product Development experience.
- Association with PMI and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Experience managing team elements in multiple geographic locations.
- Experience influencing and leading without direct authority
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, including ability to communicate and foster communication between project groups.
- Initiative-taking, accountable person with strong commitment to meeting personal and team goals as well as professional development.
- Fully experienced in project management concepts with knowledge in at least one major discipline such as Engineering, Operations, or Marketing.
- Versatile interpersonal and communications skills with an ability to modify style to a broad range of audiences and situations.
- Strong expertise in systematic approach to problem-solving. Candidate can present results of data analysis to identify problems and is involved in problem resolution.
- Effectively utilizes Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project Scheduling tools.

Pay
The base salary range for this role is $111,600 - $178,600. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
