- Experience communicating with multi-disciplined engineering teams
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills; capable of briefing senior executives and external customers

As the RMS Engineering Project Manager you’ll be the driving force that guarantees our systems stay up-time, cost-effective, and future-proof. You’ll lead high-visibility programs that blend reliability engineering, maintainability analysis, and sustainability stewardship—delivering tangible value to the customer.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Plans and conducts customer reviews related to all aspects of the Reliability Maintainability and Sustainability (RMS) process maturing new software releases and Diagnostic Health Management (DHM) development
- End-to-End Program Leadership – Define scope, schedule, budget, and success metrics for reliability, maintainability, and sustainability initiatives across multiple product lines. Responsible for data analytic efforts and generating program metrics.

Desired Skills
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), integrated baseline reviews, risk registers, and agile/SAFe execution
- F-22 platform experience
- Knowledge of F-22 engineering systems, processes, and teams
- Engineering project management experience
- Ability to obtain F-22 SAP clearance
