About the role
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead and coordinate engineering projects while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. This is a client-facing role that requires strong project management, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project execution from planning through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee engineering projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns.

- Prepare and present project status reports to internal leadership and clients.
- Foster effective communication among stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science/Engineering
- Minimum of 2-years of project management experience in an engineering environment, preferably electrical
- Experience using Microsoft Project or other project scheduling and planning software
- Prominent ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of design procedures, quality standards, and DO-160 testing
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Qualifications
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the aerospace or defense industry
- Familiarity with engineering development lifecycles, technical documentation, and project reporting
