Engineering Program Manager

About the role

The Engineering Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of engineering projects from conception to completion. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, quality assurance, and procurement
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management
• Develop and maintain project documentation and records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in engineering project management
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of engineering standards and practices
• Experience with project risk management
• Understanding of engineering design and manufacturing processes

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Leadership and mentoring skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
