  • 10+ years of progressive experience in MEP and/or fire protection engineering, including design and construction administration on large, complex projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in engineering design, codes and standards (IBC, NFPA, ASHRAE, NEC, local codes), and constructability reviews.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering projects on time and on budget, with strong client-facing and business development skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit and BIM platforms, including model coordination, clash detection tools, and collaboration workflows.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with project financial management, resource planning, and QA/QC processes.
  • Commitment to mentoring staff, fostering a collaborative culture, and promoting professional development and diversity.
