About the role

JLCMC is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a One-Stop Mechatronic Components Marketplace Manager. This role will oversee the sourcing, procurement, and distribution of high-quality mechatronic components globally.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to customers in the United States.
• Oversee the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to optimize logistics and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure product quality.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the electronics or mechatronics industry.
• Proven track record of successful inventory management and supply chain optimization.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of global trade regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
