Engineering Operations Lead

Core Responsibilities

• Own execution of engineering deliverables across NPI, FAI, and production ramp
• Drive alignment between engineering and manufacturing to ensure build readiness
• Lead issue resolution across cross-functional teams
• Monitor and improve execution metrics such as yield, cycle time, and schedule adherence
• Lead execution reviews, daily/weekly operations cadence, and leadership updates
• Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders, including executive-level summaries and provide regular status updates and clear communication to leadership

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience: 8+ years in system, rack, or high-volume integration, test, manufacturing environments
• Strong experience in NPI, FAI builds, and production ramp
• Proven ability to drive execution across cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams
• Hands-on experience in debugging, issue triage, or production problem-solving
• Understanding of integration, manufacturing test, and manufacturing processes
