Engineering Manager, Web Experience

About the role

This is a remote position; however, the candidate must reside within 30 miles of one of the following locations: Boston, MA; San Francisco Bay Area, CA; Dallas, TX; Salt Lake City, UT; Seattle, WA; and Portland, ME. We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Mobility Web Experience Engineering organization responsible for delivering high-quality web applications and experiences that serve thousands of mobility customer interactions. You will lead an engineering team, build a strong engineering culture, and partner closely with Product, Design, Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure teams to deliver exceptional web experiences. This role requires a leader who is passionate about developing people, driving engineering excellence, and executing large-scale initiatives while balancing speed, quality, and operational reliability.
