Core Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of skilled engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, accountability, productivity, and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the technical roadmap, aligning with Binti’s mission and business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end development process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly software that addresses the unique challenges of the child welfare space.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation within the engineering team, contributing to the long-term success and scalability of Binti’s platform.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with a focus on user experience and system performance.
- Implement and champion agile development methodologies, ensuring the team operates efficiently and adapts to evolving project needs.

- Facilitate the expansion of our AI Package by consistently surfacing our AI features across our platform.
- Leading architectural improvements to the platform capabilities at Binti’s foundation, allowing for a cohesive product experience across all the modules.
- Taking Binti’s next new module from 0 to 1 and beyond.

Location
Binti is headquartered in San Francisco, California. This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and requires in-person work from our San Francisco office on Mondays and Thursdays as part of our hybrid schedule. Candidates must be able to work across time zones as needed.
