Engineering Manager - Retail Media Network

About the role

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the development and evolution of a scalable Retail Media Network (RMN) platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams using agile methodologies to deliver technology solutions that support business growth.
• Shape product vision, solution architecture, and technical ownership of platforms.
• Translate product strategies into technical roadmaps for long-term scalability and flexibility.
• Promote agile and product development best practices and mentor teams.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, understand objectives, and propose innovative solutions.
• Collaborate on industry trends, platform integrations, and long-term architecture evolution.
• Support the development, review, and deployment of web applications using Java, React, NodeJS, and cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, and Azure.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field (M.S. preferred).
• 8+ years in product development or related technical roles.
• 2+ years managing or leading technical teams, especially in retail media, ad tech, or data platforms.
• Experience with backend services, cloud-native platforms, analytics, and third-party ad tech integrations.
• Knowledge of server-side tracking, identity frameworks, attribution models, and privacy technologies.
• Proficiency with agile practices, hybrid/cloud environments, and enterprise automation.
