Engineering Manager, Product Engineering

For a leader in the Technical Services space, we are seeking an Engineering Manager to join the Product Engineering team. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Technical Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 5-8 engineers
• Conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews
• Collaborate with Product Management and Design on team roadmap
• Drive technical excellence via code reviews
• Build a high-performing, collaborative team culture
• Manage team delivery and remove blockers
• Contribute to hiring and onboarding processes
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience
• 1+ years of experience in people management
• Proven track record in leading and developing engineering teams
• Strong technical expertise with architectural guidance experience
• Familiarity with agile development practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing remote teams and asynchronous collaboration

Pay

$153,500 – $211,200 annually
