The role You’ll lead the platform engineers: expert platform, pipelines, infrastructure, security and tooling. The job is making a small team ship reliably for internal users who depend on it daily, and growing it carefully. What you’ll own A team of six to ten engineers, managed and grown.Priorities set with dataset leads, research and quality.Reliability, security posture and delivery velocity for the platform.Hiring, coaching and direct feedback.Staying close to the code. What you bring Several years managing engineers after a strong individual contributor career.Internal platforms or data infrastructure you’ve run.Good judgement about what to build, buy and skip.Clear writing and calm under incident pressure. Helpful, not required Early-stage company experience.Familiarity with ML data workflows.
