Engineering Manager (Liquid Cooling)

About the role

The Engineering Manager oversees Manifolds for liquid cooling application. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end execution of liquid cooling product development programs.
• Aligning technical requirements with business goals through collaboration with various teams.
• Facilitating design reviews, scrum processes, technical approvals, and production readiness assessments.
• Supporting customer engagements with technical guidance and solutions.

Responsibilities

Key duties involve:

• Project Delivery: Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
• Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical leader for liquid cooling manifold design and related components.
• Design & Validation: Design, implement, and validate production fixtures, tooling, assembly aids, and test stations.
• Structural Analysis: Oversee/Direct structural analysis, pipe stress analysis, flow/pressure-drop assessments, and design verification activities.
• Process Improvement: Drive adoption of advanced engineering tools, simulation technologies, and digital manufacturing practices.

Requirements

Qualifications include:

• A four-year degree in Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of manifolds/liquid cooling infrastructure and technical know-how of piping design.
• Foundational understanding of piping designs, valve selections, welding technology, and related hardware.
• Experience with structural, pipe stress, fluid flow, and applicable regulatory spec compliance audits.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in CFD/FEA software.
