Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Operations leadership to achieve production, quality, safety, and cost targets.
- Provide technical leadership during major plant upsets, quality problems, capacity constraints, and startup activities.
- Identify and execute opportunities that improve plant profitability and return on invested capital.
- Champion Process Safety Management (PSM) and Responsible Care programs and ensure engineering activities support safe and compliant plant operations.
- Ensure process engineering support for Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs).
- Lead and sustain key Process Safety Management (PSM) elements, including management of change (MOC) and pre-startup safety reviews (PSSR), ensuring procedures are current, effective, and consistently executed while monitoring performance metrics and
