About the role

Lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team focused on deep learning inference and GPU-accelerated software
  • Develop strategy and execution for the company’s inference frameworks engineering, particularly in Client AI
  • Collaborate with compiler, libraries, and research teams for optimized end-to-end inference pipelines
  • Oversee performance tuning and optimization of large-scale models for LLM and multimodal applications
  • Guide engineers in best practices for GPU programming and multi-GPU communications
  • Represent the team in strategic discussions to align with the company’s AI and software initiatives
  • Cultivate a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous innovation

Qualifications

  • MS, PhD, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 6+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in technical leadership or management
  • Strong C/C++ software design and development skills; proficiency in Python is beneficial
  • Experience in GPU programming
  • Demonstrated success in deploying and optimizing deep learning models in production environments
  • Familiarity with Agile or collaborative software development methodologies

Pay

$184,000 – $356,500 annually
