Job Responsibilities
- Meets with Plant Manager weekly to review schedules and discuss any changes, tooling and/or parts requirements.
- Handles traditional management duties while actively contributing to the teams day-to-day work alongside their subordinates.
- Reviews on a daily basis the production schedule and work responsibilities with each employee to ensure seamless manufacturing of FOGG machines and/or equipment.
- Schedules jobs on a priority basis, including capital, aftermarket, and warranty work.
- Maintains workflow ensuring daily production schedules are being met.
- Conducts design reviews on each order/project before it is released for production.
- Ensures that change part information is filled out correctly and routed to the Machine File for correct documentation in the change part file.
- Provides verbal/written feedback to appropriate members regarding engineering, manufacturing, and/or routing problems with parts and/or equipment.
- Manages, reviews, and approves engineering changes in Fogg's ERP system.
- Ensures and maintains safety and cleanliness of work area by performing housekeeping duties daily.
- Works directly with aftermarket parts team/LCM to answer questions regarding a customer's requests or needs as well as supporting the service team when they are installing change parts in the field. (May occasionally require travel).
- Keeps track of material stock as well as hardware for assembling change parts.

- Work with other members of your department, and all other Fogg members to solve work-related problems.
External Contacts
- Periodically with customers of Fogg Filler Company touring the facilities as well as interactions with customers out in the field.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in engineering discipline or equivalent, preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
- 3+ years of engineering experience preferred.
- Solidworks or equivalent software experience required.
