Engineering Manager - Backend, Systems and Analytics

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the development of data infrastructure and hiring systems within the HR technology team. Key Responsibilities Include Supervising data and backend engineers responsible for data pipelines, integrations, and automation supporting civil service hiring.Prioritizing engineering work, reviewing code quality, and providing technical feedback.Contributing hands-on development during high-demand periods or team shortages.Understanding complex HR processes and translating business needs into technical solutions.Making informed technical decisions on data architecture, integrations, and backend design.Ensuring system integrations are reliable and data security best practices are followed.Managing multiple projects with shifting priorities and maintaining operational visibility. Qualifications Include Associate degree or equivalent in relevant fields such as computer science, information systems, or related areas.At least five years of experience in systems analysis, business process design, or IT project management.Desired experience supervising engineering teams, working with system integrations, managing sensitive data, and using project management tools. Skills required: strong leadership, technical expertise in data systems, effective communication with non-technical stakeholders, and ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
