Engineering Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Engineering Manager at PSI to lead our engineering team in delivering innovative and efficient solutions that enhance operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) required.
• Minimum 7 years engineering experience in a manufacturing or production environment, including leadership experience.
• Strong project management and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency in CAD software and engineering tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations.
