Engineering Manager
About the role
Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team focused on design, integration, and implementation.
Ensure engineering outputs meet defined standards, integration requirements, and quality expectations.
Drive scalable, repeatable solutions across new integrations and existing products.
Partner closely with Product, Operations, Sales, and Service to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
Own and improve engineering processes, including change management and design governance.
Balance customer needs with internal standards to deliver solutions that are practical, supportable, and scalable.
Champion continuous improvement, efficiency, and strong technical discipline across the function.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team focused on design, integration, and implementation.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in design engineering.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams or technical functions.
- Strong technical judgment with the ability to apply engineering and integration standards effectively.
- Excellent communication skills - comfortable translating complex concepts across technical and non-technical audiences.
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Benefits
- Pay: The hiring range for this position is $103,000 to $144,000 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
