Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Align engineering objectives with business growth, market demands, and resource optimization
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle—from initial design and development to seamless production start-up
• Lead technical innovation programs, fostering a climate of continuous improvement and engineering excellence
• Implement solutions that reduce costs, enhance quality, and streamline cross-functional workflows between Engineering, Procurement, Sales, and Manufacturing
• Mentor and coach the engineering team to foster professional growth, technical expertise, and career progression

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 4+ years of experience managing equipment production or service operations with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
• Advanced proficiency in 3D CAD and PLM/PDM systems
• Advanced proficiency in applying advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithm, quadratic equations, and permutations
• Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems

• Ability to lift at times at least 100 lbs
