About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and develop packaging solutions that meet regulatory requirements and enhance product protection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and translate them into effective packaging strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and innovation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of packaging processes and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device packaging or related field
- Strong understanding of FDA regulations and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAD software and packaging design tools
- Experience with medical device packaging materials and processes
- Knowledge of ISO and other relevant quality management systems
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
