Engineering Manager
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of the Site Leadership Team, contributing to the development and execution of the site’s master plan.
- Act as the Technical Authority during regulatory inspections (FDA, EMA, USDA), defending maintenance, calibration, and validation programs.
- Implement a Crisis Management strategy for critical utility failures to ensure zero impact on product quality or patient safety.
- Ensure all external vendors and contractors are vetted and approved in the company system, maintaining a robust and compliant supply chain.
- Define and manage the annual Engineering and Facilities operational strategy and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) programs.
- Direct the site’s Reliability‑Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategy to optimize equipment uptime and extend the life of high‑value assets.
- Identify and implement Cost Savings or Avoidance initiatives through energy reduction and process optimization.
- Manage strategic spare parts inventory to mitigate the risk of long‑lead‑time equipment failures.
- Oversee the design, installation, and Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) of new manufacturing equipment and packaging lines.
- Ensure preventive‑maintenance readiness at project handover, with active schedules in the CMMS before production begins.
- Monitor the global project portfolio to ensure all site upgrades are delivered on‑time and within budget.

Work Environment
This is an on‑site role located in Fort Worth. The work environment involves overseeing engineering, maintenance, and facility operations within a manufacturing setting, ensuring adherence to global GMP regulatory standards.

Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $70.00 – $100.00 per hour. Compensation within this range depends on qualifications, experience, location, internal equity, and other job‑related factors.
