Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Controls and Electrical Engineers
• Grow the department through hiring, coaching, and talent development
• Manage workflows, priorities, and engineering resources
• Oversee custom control panel design and development projects
• Support customer-facing engineering discussions and project reviews
• Drive engineering standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage engineering change control and design modification processes
• Partner with Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, and Project Management teams
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer specifications
• Support strategic planning and future engineering growth initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience
• Experience leading engineering teams, technical teams, or major engineering projects
• Strong experience in Controls Panel Design and Development
• Experience supporting custom-engineered products and customer-specific solutions
• Experience managing engineering change control processes
• Customer-facing experience and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to balance people leadership with technical decision-making

Pay

The pay range for this position is $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year.
