  • Drive the technical direction, overseeing the architecture of AI-powered, full-stack systems and ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • Champion how we build with AI, helping the team adopt AI coding tools and sharing best practices across the engineering organization.
  • Own operational quality and how we work, managing on-call practices, incident response runbooks, and engineering standards to enable faster, more confident development in a safety-critical domain.

  • Hands-on experience building AI-enabled products, with a strong technical foundation across the stack and fluency with AI coding tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach engineers and share best practices in AI tooling and engineering practices.
  • Sound judgment around prioritization, scope, and trade-offs, including experience with GenAI feature development at scale.
  • Empathy, humility, and high standards, with a willingness to learn about industrial automation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with TypeScript / Node.js, React, Go, C#, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS, Datadog, and Git internals.
  • Experience with developer tools, CI/CD, or DevOps platforms.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, industrial automation, OT/IT, manufacturing software, or IoT.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and location.
  • Meaningful equity in an early-stage, venture-backed company.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Unlimited PTO and company holidays.
  • 401(k) plan.
