Engineering Manager, Agent Foundations: Agent Execution

For our client, we are seeking a Engineering Manager, Agent Foundations: Agent Execution to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead a team focused on building the foundations that help AI agents execute reliably, with an emphasis on tools, observability, and scalable operations. You will partner closely with product and UX to shape priorities and milestones, while also guiding technical decisions that improve how the organization applies AI across engineering workflows. The position calls for a hands-on leader who can coach engineers, create clarity in ambiguous situations, and help establish standards that support safe and effective AI-enabled development.
