Engineering Intern Technician

About the role

Atakapa Services, LLC. (A Waggoner Company) is hiring an Engineering Intern Technician for our Baton Rouge office. Atakapa Services, LLC. (A Waggoner Company) specializes in evaluating, maintaining and designing rehabilitation methods for sanitary sewer and storm drain infrastructure. We work with municipalities, wastewater utility contractors and engineering firms to inspect, clean, and rehabilitate their underground wastewater and drainage infrastructure. We provide a comprehensive range of services and reports to help our clients address the most complex sewer and storm drain operation and maintenance problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and technical support for field operations.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar field
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
• Detail-oriented team player with the ability to contribute to a positive work environment
• Valid driver’s license with approved/acceptable driving history

Schedule
