Engineering Intern - Summer 2027
About the role
We are seeking a motivated Engineering student for a hands‑on Engineering internship based in our Carrollton, TX manufacturing plant. This internship provides an opportunity to be part of an engineering team to provide manufacturing technical support and/or execution of capital projects. The intern will be expected to develop options and recommendations for manufacturing process systems, collaborate with other engineers, provide assistance on defined problems, and communicate progress or results. This individual will acquire working knowledge of processing principles, operating systems, and project management.
Responsibilities
- Support key strategies / programs across the enterprise.
- Leverage subject matter expertise in assigned areas to drive continuous improvement and technology.
- Provide technical and economic support to other groups within THS that are focused on improvements to the current state that deliver competitive advantages.
- Stay current with and champion implementation of the latest technology and commercial applications, including Plant/TMOS/Reliability teams and vendor equipment & material.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of progress toward a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams to drive improved performance.

Pay
The anticipated compensation is $22‑$24 per hour. Placement within the range will consider competencies, education, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, and other factors.
Schedule
On‑site position, five days per week.
