Engineering Intern- Fall of 2026

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain the Operational Readiness Plan in Microsoft Project, adding tasks and updating the file.
• Develop a wide variety of operating procedures and programs for a greenfield plant site.
• Create standard operator work instructions.
• Create operator and Maintenance training documentation.
• Create Lock-Out-Tag-Out policies and procedures and other safety type initiatives.
• Create Plant policies and procedures.
• Create Preventive Maintenance documents.
• Create 5S inspection audits.
• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Job Qualifications

• Preferably a Junior or Senior in college or recent graduate with some type of technical degree.
• Must have the ability to create documents and procedures and be very organized with electric filing of these documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Critical thinking skills and a high degree of organization are a must.
• Must be able to stand and walk frequently.
• Effective planning, prioritizing, and time management skills.
• Excellent team player.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
