Job Responsibilities
- Maintain the Operational Readiness Plan in Microsoft Project, adding tasks and updating the file.
- Develop a wide variety of operating procedures and programs for a greenfield plant site.
- Create standard operator work instructions.
- Create operator and Maintenance training documentation.
- Create Lock-Out-Tag-Out policies and procedures and other safety type initiatives.
- Create Plant policies and procedures.
- Create Preventive Maintenance documents.
- Create 5S inspection audits.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Job Qualifications
- Preferably a Junior or Senior in college or recent graduate with some type of technical degree.
- Must have the ability to create documents and procedures and be very organized with electric filing of these documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Critical thinking skills and a high degree of organization are a must.
- Must be able to stand and walk frequently.
- Effective planning, prioritizing, and time management skills.
- Excellent team player.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
