Engineering Director, Global Treasury and Payment Network (Relocate to Singapore)

About the role

The Engineering Director for the GTPN (Global Treasury and Payment Network) Team will oversee the strategic direction, architecture, development, and operations of Airwallex’s global treasury and payment network. This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategy, architecture, development, and operation of Airwallex’s GTPN team to remain at the forefront of developing cutting-edge financial solutions.
• Collaborate and create with a team of talented engineers, product managers, and designers to bring finance products from concept to launch.
• Understand and empathize with customer needs and challenges, designing and implementing solutions that resonate with users.
• Measure and optimize using data to drive decisions and enhance product performance and user satisfaction.

• Experienced in system architecturing and software development with 10+ years of modern engineering practice focused on continuous innovation and high-quality engineering.
