Job Summary
Deloitte is seeking an Engineering Delivery Manager II to lead production support activities, drive issue resolution, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading production support operations by developing functional and technical knowledge of supported applications
- Analyzing incident and issue trends to identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement
- Performing production deployments and coordinating service restoration activities
- Managing ticket queues, monitoring service level agreement adherence, and implementing support enhancements
- Communicating status, risks, and escalations to engagement leadership, project team members, and functional and technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or another information technology discipline; or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps, Agile/Scrum, or both environments
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
- Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
- Ability to lead projects or workstreams
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Java and Spring Boot applications in production environments
- Experience performing production deployments and service restoration activities
- Experience analyzing incident trends and implementing automation or process improvements
- Experience managing ticket queues and service level agreement metrics
- Experience communicating technical status, risks, and escalations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
