Engineering CO-OP- Summer 2027

About the Role

We seek individuals for a rotational Co-Op opportunity spanning 2-3 semesters in Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Elastomers. This full-time position begins in the Spring semester of 2027 and provides an excellent opportunity to gain broad engineering experience.

Responsibilities

As a Co-Op, you will focus on training and development in engineering roles, including:

• Conducting time studies for machining and packaging
• Collaborating with shop floor employees to resolve engineering or safety-related issues
• Assisting with equipment and process troubleshooting
• Managing CNC program control files
• Upgrading computerized maintenance management systems
• Completing Operator Detail Sheets (ODS), FMEAs, Control Plans, and 8D corrective actions

Requirements

• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Sophomore status or higher
• Ideal for students in Industrial Engineering Technology (IET), Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET), or Design Engineering Technology (DET)
