P&C Engineering Associate II

Mesa Associates, Inc. is seeking a P&C Engineering Associate II with 2 to 4 years of design experience. The ideal candidate should possess skills in reading, understanding, and producing Protection & Control design drawings, including Single Line, AC/DC Schematics, Elementary and Connection diagrams, Front & Rear View Layout/Elevation drawings, Bills of Material, and more.

• Produce connection diagrams based on AC/DC schematics
• Use AutoCAD or Microstation to create design drawings
• Be inquisitive and solve problems independently before seeking help
• Show attention to detail and self-check all design work before submission to the checker
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word

Experience with HV/MV substations is a plus.
