Responsibilities

• Create new PMs, edit existing PMs, and enter completed PMs
• Create new work orders, edit existing work orders, and enter completed work orders
• Make calls and schedule appointments as necessary
• Enter information into corporate spreadsheets for CAP‑X
• Document plant operations & functions
• Assign work orders for PM & PMI
• Weekly meetings to identify and schedule CAM items within the plant
• Continued training in E‑Maintenance
• Create Teams meetings and slides for meetings
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Trained in E‑Maintenance system or ability to learn
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Excellent at math/algebra
• Follow‑up skills are a must
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Ability to generate Gantt charts and timeline generation
• Maintain low absenteeism
• CAD experience is a plus
• Must successfully complete a background check
• Must be at least 18 years of age
