Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs to ensure expectations are met.
- Manage multiple technical assignments, leading teams to deliver projects to client satisfaction within schedule and budget constraints.
- Exhibit technical excellence in planning studies, designs, program management, procurement/bid assistance, and design services for water/wastewater systems.
- Lead Support business development pursuits, preparing proposals, building new relationships, and contributing to team growth goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- P.E. license in VAA with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in water and/or wastewater treatment and climate/flood resiliency.
