About the role

The role is responsible for providing culinary services on board our ships.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve meals to passengers and crew members.
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized kitchen area.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Valid food handler’s license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

  • Proficiency in using kitchen equipment.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques.
  • Ability to follow recipes and adjust cooking times.
